When having my windshield replaced, the seat carriage became loose from the frame of the car. This has rendered the seat in a precarious and awkward position, especially if the seat were to break away while driving and an accident were to occur. There is a lot of information online regarding multiple Infiniti cars with the seat carriage unhinging from the base of vehicle. This renders the seat in a static or loose position and unless repaired by Infiniti, there may be severe consequences. Infiniti wants to charge $2800 for the parts and labor which is extortion! this company needs to be responsible for their faults.
