The dealer was made aware of the failure; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.

The contact owns a 2012 Infiniti G37. The contact stated that puddles of water were present on both the front passenger’s and driver’s side floorboard due to condensation and moisture from rainwater entering the vehicle. The contact was concerned that moisture would create mold and an electrical shock hazard inside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the sunroof drainage system was clogged and needed to either be cleaned of replaced. The failure was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 130,000.
