Accelerator Pedal Problems of Infiniti I35

First incident occurred April 29th,2005. Tempted to accelerate onto the highway and car lost all power. Ould go no faster than 15miles per hour. Contacted Infiniti dealer and told to have car towed in. Accelerator pedal replaced. Told problem was resolved. On August 8th,2005, was attempting to park car in space at blockbuster,when car accelerated quickly and hit the brick pillar at blockbuster. Both airbags deployed. Currently the car is at the body shop for repair and I have notified the Infiniti dealer that I would like it inspected before I drive the car.

While driving 30 mph steering pulled to the right. Consumer applyied the brakes, however the vehicle accelerated. As a result, consumer lost control. No impact reported.

When pressing gfas pedal front end pulls strongly and dagerously to one side or another. Front end palys freely, shaes, vibrate, woble and steps with a very rough and uncontrolable drive. Brakes in speed higher that 30 doesn't stop car. Sometimes when I prees gas pedal nothing happen and car die on me.

The vehicle experienced the following:the engine shaked, and was noisy, front end shaked and pulled, the door locked by itself when it was slammed, the acceleration pedal did nothing when driven in high speeds, the clock knob was inoperative, front dash had electrical problems, gas mileage was abnormal, cd player was inoperative, and there was a rattle noise inside of the vehicle. The consumer had loss control of the vehicle due to the front end problems, there was excessive play, when going over bumps, the dealer stated the vehicle was normal. Scc.
