Front Air Bag Sensor Control problems of the 2006 Infiniti M35

I purchased the 2006 Infiniti M35 from approval one, laplace, la on 3/16/2012 . I was not shown a carfax report. It was financed by asi federal credit union for $16,000. The car would stop in the middle of traffic. I received a recall notice on the car sensor and brought the car in per letter. I was then told that the camshaft sensor was the problem and not related to the recall. The transmission began to have problems shifting gears and I brought the car into ray brant Infiniti and was told a part on the transmission was the problem. That would cost me $2,300. 00. I decided to trade in the car on 8/2/2014 and was given a carfax report showing structural damage, airbag deployed, and the car had been in an accident. I was told by several dealers that no one would take the car relating to the damage. I reported to asi federal credit union. As a result, I have a car not fitted to be on the highway transporting my family in and am responsible for paying $16,000. 00 this car should not be on the highway.
