Steering Failed problems of the 2006 Infiniti M35

When making right turns the steering vibrates and loud noise. The issue is the steering rack on awd models. Infiniti canada did not want to replace it since my vehicle is out of warranty by 5000km. I have a big concern that at some point the steering rack might fail and lead to a crash. This issue should definitely be covered by Infiniti. There are numerous reports of this problem, and Infiniti even has a technical bulletin regarding this problem, and an updated part that is supposed to fix the issue. The price of the part alone is 1000$, and I think that Infiniti should cover the costs, because it is a factory warranty.
