The contact later received notification for NHTSA campaign number: 13v430000 (vehicle speed control) and the dealer indicated that they replaced the accelerator pedal assembly but did not reprogram the engine control module. However, the dealer indicated on the invoice that they replaced the fan control module and a diagnosis for the vehicle over heating was not provided. The contact mentioned that the failure continued to occur. . The vehicle was to be taken back to the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 130,000.
