While traveling 65 mph on an interstate my car slowed to approximately 20mph and iwould not accelerate. I tested both and both were good. 6 Vehicle Speed Control problem

Failure Date: 08/31/2013

My pedal stopped working, then it cut completely off while I was driving on a major hwy doing 60mph. I just received a recall notice in the email yesterday 11. 12. 2013, NHTSA recall 13v-430, now, I spoke with a rep stating I will receive another notice. This action has already happened to me and I have replaced it out of my own pocket. I do not see why I should have to wait on a second notice. Clearly in the recall letter it states, if the mil is illuminated, contact your Infiniti retailer immediately and it will make arrangements for an immediate repair. Do not continue using your vehicle. Again, this has already happened to me and I have paid for the replacement, what am I waiting for in order to get a full refund?????.
