2006 Infiniti M35x left rear tire went flat. Consumer states that the tire pressure warning light illuminated but instead of the tire being low it was flat. Vehicle would not allow him to exceed 30 mph with a spare tire on. The consumer stated the vehicle was undrivable with the spare tire and requested that a full size spare tire with a rim be installed.
