1 Tire problem of the 2008 Infiniti M35

Failure Date: 01/01/2014

Traveling an tire sensor came on indicating low air pressure. Pull to the emergency lane on bridge on I-55 in louisiana to find nothing wrong. While on the shoulder another car passed with road debris damaging my car. I see a recall for the sensor yet the state of louisiana is not identified for the recall. Can you tell me how louisiana was not included in the tire sensor recall and can you help me get the sensors replaced? I also see many comments of the headlights not be set correctly and I struggle with the low beam view of the highway.

3 Tire problem of the 2007 Infiniti M35

Failure Date: 05/15/2010

2007 Infiniti M35 (preowned certified) at 30,000 miles, with stock tires, driving approximately 70 mph on the highway, I started experiencing rumbling in the car. When I started to slow down, it became overwhelming. I pulled over to the side of the road, and my tire had been ripped to shreds (rear - right). The tire appeared as if someone had cut around my rim and left a tubular piece of rubber. Currently I am seeking my insurance company for advice and repairs.

4 Tire problem of the 2008 Infiniti M35

Failure Date: 11/28/2008

My wife and I purchased a 2008 infinity M35x less than a year ago. On our first freeway drive here in the seattle, wa metro area we noticed that the car would violently jerk in a very unsafe way to the left or right. This violent jerk is so severe that if you are not paying complete attention when entering a section of truck rutting the care will leave the lane and snap into the next lane. Within weeks of purchasing the vehicle I took it back to the infinity of kirkland dealership where we had purchased it. They understood the problem and mentioned that other owners had brought this model in for the same problem. The dealership mentioned that when they brought it to the attention of the manufacturer that they stated it was a regional road condition issue and they would not be responsible for a repair or alteration. I told the dealership that a rental vw rabbit did not show similar signs of a jerking motion when traveling the same roads. The dealership understood and agreed that other models in the infinity line don't have this issue. The dealership went on to say that some of the other owners had filled complaints with the ftc and did in fact finally get a some resolution from the manufacturer. We have recently filed a complaint with the ftc. In just those cases where complaints were filed, the manufacturer replaced the brand of tires that were installed in the vehicle and for the most part repaired the issue. This "repair" was only done when the manufacturer was forced to do so. This seems not only unfair to all the other owners but irresponsible of the manufacturer. My wife and I believe this to be extremely unsafe and are surprised that this condition has not already hit the news cause accidents and potential deaths. Please help us remedy this situation.
