I was pulling off from the grocery store and my car stalled like it didnt wantto go. So I stopped and put it back in park and then started to proceed again. . . . Thats when I got all the flashing errors for my awd and the chassis system. The rear right abs sensor is the problem per the dealer. My awd error light and chassis system error light are on along with the abs light. I've read up on alot of peoples comments about the same problem. This issue needs to be dealt with with the manufacturer as this seems to happen more often after the warranty runs out. This is my second Infiniti car, and was hoping not to run into these expensive sensor issues all over again. My next car will not be an Infiniti.
This afternoon I had another blowout of a run-flat tire. This is the 7th blowout in under 17 months. Over my driving career I have driven over a million miles, by my calculations, and have never had a blowout. I was traveling at highway speed on the long island expressway when I hit a small pothole. Tires are bridgestone 245/40 rf 19 98w.
Campers. The car does not have any alignment issues. Does not steer left or right. No pot holes rolled over. But the car is burning the tires from the inside wear of the tires equally in both front tires. Inifiniti dealer suggested I buy 4 new tires since all four are about the same since I have been rotating. And they blame the alignment of the car. I see no issues with my alignment and they say everything looks good underneath the car it's just out on line.
It started with a flat tire and the psi light lite up on board and flat tire also, had the flat tire fixed and took car to the shop where I got tires replaced, within a year of ownership, replaced due to them being bubbled gm replaced them for free; took car to (just tires gm recommendation) with free tire balance and rotation and they also did front end alignment, after that lights was still on and shop rep said to drive the car a couple miles and it would reset itself so I did and still light was on drove to church on 4 lane hwy 85 n bound and I felt a slight tug on the right passenger side of the front of the car and decided to move out of the lane behind a 18 wheeler as I attempted to move out of my lane the car made a sudden jerk back in the lane which I was in and the wheel locked and I could not control or unlock it and the car began to spin and slide into the rear end of the 18 wheeler, the sonar system was engaged and it did not respond to what it was designed to do, nor did the lane departure indicator, nor the anti-braking anti skidding work as it was designed which caused the accident which lead me going to the hospital with a diagnosis of muscle inflammation. The sonar failed was illuminated on the dash. My 2014 Q50 sedan was equipped with sonar, lane departure, blind spot indicator; it was fully equipped. I am very sure that the steering and anti-braking anti skidding did not engage as it should. Infiniti will send an inspector to the totaled car and pull the black box/or chip and check out what went wrong. Waiting on the result on or after June 14 or 16 as of their decision.
I have a 2014 Infiniti Q50 sx awd with run flat tires I. E. Dunlop sp sport 5000 dsst ctt 245/40r19 . . These tires are dangerous prone to failure from the slightest pot if you should hit one. At less than 4k miles I had a tire failure and just recenttly another failure aaaaat 14k miles. I have never had tire problems with any of my previous automobiles. Please, look into this matter. I have no confidence when I drive this car and still have 2 years left on my lease. Please, please help.
Steering wheel failed to respond. Wheels felt disconnected with the steering wheel. It could have been tragic if I was driving at a higher speed.
