The contact owns a 2015 Infiniti Q50. The contact stated that when she was about to drive the vehicle, her son who was sitting in the passenger’s side seat noticed that the passenger seat belt retractor was locked. Her son was unable to stretch the seat belt to securely buckle the seat belt. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the entire seat belt assembly needed to be replaced.
