One problem related to engine cooling system has been reported for the 1999 Infiniti QX4. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While parked with engine off vehicle caught on fire. Fire was extinguished by the fire department. Fire department determined that fire started in the engine with cause undetermined. Vehicle was not drivable.
