I own a 1999 infinity Qx4 the gas line erupted & all the gas leaked out the car was towed to a mechanic & upon inspection I was informed by the mechanic that there was a recall on this same defect previously I was not aware of a recall period . I contacted the infinity dealer & I was informed that I will have to pay for the repairs . Please let me know what is my course of action .
