Horn Assembly Problems of Infiniti QX56

There is an electrical malfunction that has caused my horn to work only when the steering wheel is sideways and it also affects my ability to control my drivers seat positioning. This is very dangerous a car cut me off on the freeway at very close distance. I would have never known that there was an issue if this did not happen.

Had new tires put on my Infiniti Qx56. . . . After doing so sounds as if rear end is slipping. I have 3 children and am afraid that this could result in an accident. Horn quit working 1 year after I purchased vehicle. This I know is dangerous because there is no horn to blow, in cases where needed. Fan on blower quit working, only works on high. Passenger seat will no longer adjust. Fan and passenger seat quit working approximately at the same time. No one wants to have an accident, but when you hear things like the rear end and front wheels sound as if they might fall off. . . . That is scary.
