Our car simply stopped on my wife while she was driving it. It slowed down until it halted to a complete stop while she was driving on a major interstate. We had the car towed to a repair shop only to learn that the engine has a hole in it. The repairman stated that he was surprised at the hole in the engine because the oil was full and that nothing leading to the engine was busted. There is no leakage anywhere. We do not have any oil spots in our garage from where the car was leaking oil. We contacted the dealership in montgomery, alabama where we purchased the car. One of their representatives informed me that we needed to pursue other means because they were not interested in helping us to resolve the issue.
