Radiator Problems of Jaguar X-type

I was traveling sb i25 mile marker 251 on7/7/17 at 13;20. When a 6ft long tire debre was in the road and got hit by truck and thrown into my radiator and damaged the front end of my vehicle. When I talk to chp he had an earlier report of this yet it was in the road when I entered onto what I believed was a safe highway. I have the required liability insurance, this is not covered. The trucking CO says they arent liable so the only other liability is cdot since the road wasn't safe.

Cpsc: 2002 Jaguar X-type : consumer stated he ordered a blue devil radiator/block sealant for a small leak coolant, but the sealant was deemed defective once it had added to the radiator. It caused the vehicle to overheat and the fans to run high. The consumer was informed the head gasket needed to be replaced.

Tl-the contact owns a 2003 Jaguar x type. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 65 mph, the engine started to buck and slow down, the temperature gage was up to high and went cold, there was no fluids in the vehicle and the radiator hose had steam coming from the hose. The failure recurred on multiple occasions. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic and was diagnosed that the water pump fractured and the vehicle was not repaired.
