I was traveling sb i25 mile marker 251 on7/7/17 at 13;20. When a 6ft long tire debre was in the road and got hit by truck and thrown into my radiator and damaged the front end of my vehicle. When I talk to chp he had an earlier report of this yet it was in the road when I entered onto what I believed was a safe highway. I have the required liability insurance, this is not covered. The trucking CO says they arent liable so the only other liability is cdot since the road wasn't safe.

This is an ongoing problem. I have spent thousands of dollars in an attempt to fix the low suspension problem. My car has slowed directly on the expressway while driving 70 mph. In addition, the car was so low that it drugged the bottom. The only solution was to have it towed. This problem happen last year and I had to rent a car all winter long until the whether warmed up. I thought the problem was resolved but it started again with low temperature of 30 degrees. Jaguar should refund our money for this problem because this should have been a recall.
