What is it going to take? a fatal accident, like the firestone ones, for something to be done. No vehicle should be experiencing the same problems with rotors every two years. Front brakes are very corroded. There was a recall on the vehicle, but consumer was not part of recall. There was loud screaching noise on front left wheel, but stops when brakes are depressed.
When backing out can here a squeaking noise. Took vehicle to a mechanic, and he said it was pitted rear brake rotors. There was a recall on front rotors and the deraler replaced it . The rear rotors were pitted also, but there is no recall for them.

Excessive wear of front brake rotors. Dealer notified. Protruding ears of metal prevent the whole brake mechanism from rotating. The matting part is wearing the area between the ears. The mechanism jumps the ears and spin resulting in no brakes.

While driving about 40 mph stepped on brake pedal to reduce speed or to stop vehicle, he could feel pedal pulsating. When the mileage is 9000 or 10000 front rotors will have to be replaced.
