general problems of the 1997 Jeep Cherokee

The contact owns a 1997 Jeep Cherokee. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 13v252000 (fuel system, gasoline, structure) and stated that the part needed was unavailable to perform the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

2 Structure problem

Failure Date: 04/02/2008

Passenger side floor fills with water during wet weather,during operation,or while parked.

3 Structure problem

Failure Date: 10/01/1997

Vehicle leaks water from the right passenger's front door, rain water , car wash water, etc, comes into the vehicle. Dealer has repaired three times and the problem still exists .
