Failure Date: 01/22/2002

While driving applied brakes, and brakes didnot stop vehicle. Took vehicle to dealer, and had brakes repaired. This was the third time brakes had been replaced.

2 Brake Foundation Components problem

Failure Date: 08/18/2001

Engine blewout while driving at highway speed of 65-70 mph. Dealer notified. *akvehicle jerks while in motion at hywy speeds. The compressor clutch was defective and was replaced. The brakes pulsate when applied. The front rotors was turned. Brakes shudder when braking from highway speeds. The rotors were found to be warped. The engine overheats. The cooling system was found to be under high pressure. The cylinder heads were removed because they were warped. The engine was replaced due to warpage. A bump is felt when coming to a stop. The rear driveshaft was replaced with revised parts per technical service bulletin. The rear end noise is still apparent. A new shaft and yoke were installed. The transmission shofts hard on acceleration in low gears. The transmission control module was reprogrammed. Acceleration is still jerky while in motion and the turn signals and headlights go on and off at random. Consumer asks for reimbursment of monies paid and to have vehicle traded for one that can be trusted.

3 Brake Foundation Components problem

Failure Date: 12/01/1999

Going 40 mph frontend bounces,&putting on brakes,it bounces.

4 Brake Foundation Components problem

The vehicle's steering wheel shakes violently when brakes are applied. The problem appears to be continueous and the consumer wants the manufacturer to refund or provide a longer bumper to bumper warranty.

5 Brake Foundation Components problem

When applying the brakes, there is an abnormal amount of disturbing brake squealing, even in optimal driving conditions, brake pads changed, brake squealing continues to be a problem. Cj.

6 Brake Foundation Components problem

Front end was vibrating and brakes were grabbing. Took vehicle to dealer, and dealer changed rotors and pads. The consumer stated that the rotors were defective.

7 Brake Foundation Components problem

Every 3000 miles brakes go out. Brakes and calipers have been repaired four times. Front rims are hot to the touch. Consumer states that the plastic hub caps get soft and come off, both calipers have been replaced once, rotors replaced 4 times and turned once, brake pads have been replaced 5 times.
