Ok when I went to work Thursday @ 3:30 am I had no brake issues when I left work @ 3pm I back out of parking spot & proceeded to street as I approached the stop light I press brake pedal to stop & it was unusually hard I press harder & my Jeep didn't want to stop it was a slow stop I proceed to the next stop the pedal was soft then I stopped in a shorter distance as I proceded home a short distance from work I traveled real slow with short following distance then I noticed a air leak hissing sound every time I pressed on the brake pedal I called jack phealen Dodge to set up a appointment to bring it I expand to the service writer the problem I was having he told me sounds like it's your brake booster or master cylinder he knew right away I told me to get it in also advise me the brakes can fail & I won't be able to stop @ anytime. So Friday after work I got a tow truck to to it there he told me they will look @ it first thing sat. Am I called sat. After noon he told me they haven't looked @ it yet it will be looked @ by the end of the day I will call you. I got no call back from him sat I went on line found out out people with same vehicle & yr. Have same problem the brake booster I get the feeling I am going to get ran around by Jeep like the other 1000s of people are trying to get it fix& the wait also will be a problem I hope you can help me get this brake saftey issue resolve for me. Thank you. Mike anderko.
