Vehicle started to have brake pulsation took vehicle to ase certify tech checked brakes stated pads caliber ok but the rotors were warp front and rear brakes this show rotors are defective from manufacturer stated Jeeps are having this problem called Jeep corporate office and rep. Mariela stated to refer to vehicle warranties dont know what this has to do with defective unsafe parts installed in vehicles vehicle was in motion and vehicle brakes were working in correctly causing concern for my safety I have the defective part offered to turn it to dealership so it can be sent to corporate for inspection they refused to accept part stated they are the only ones who can consider it defective.
After less than a year and less than 18k miles, I was told I needed new brake rotors because mine were warped. The dealer claimed that getting them too hot will cause them to warp. I have been driving many years and have never needed brake rotors replaced, especially after 18k miles, nor have I altered my driving style. My last vehicle went over 100k miles without even needing brake pads. I believe that there is a problem with the the brakes, not the way I drive.
