Rear control arm loose, knuckle in arm damages and rear both new rear tires damaged. The rear end had no torque, traction or control and was swaying from side to side. The vehicle is currently being repaired for $2400. 00.

2 Front Suspension Control Arm problem

Failure Date: 05/10/2017

The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle braked independently due to the wheels turning inwards towards the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a ditch. The vehicle was towed to gator Chrysler Jeep (8040 south harbor city blvd. Melbourne, florida 32901), but was not diagnosed. The insurance agency diagnosed that the lower control arm fractured and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and sent an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle. The approximate failure mileage was 32,000.
