I was going home, speed limit 55 mph, so thats what I was doing. A SUV entering a intersection ahead of me, ( I dont have a stop or yield sign, but they do) the SUV never stops, rolling into the intersection, as im entering the intersection at 55 mph. I tried avoidance at last second to no avail. My front drivers corner smashed the middle, passenger side of the other SUV. My Jeep continues to the right, uncontrollable, stops in someone's front yard, engine still running. The other car swerved to the left, still on the road, rolling on its side. My airbags never deployed, I didnt even get any lights on the dash, I had to shut the engine off. Not one airbag deployed, and nothing even recognized there was something wrong. This car is supposed to have all options for airbags, yet a collision at highway speed, with post wreck travel of less than 50 feet, and not one single air bag deployed. I very literally could have died right there. I honestly dont know how I didn't.

Our Jeep has had multiple accounts of shifting hard, hesitation while shifting, making a hard sound when putting in reverse and now it is having trouble starting up. When we charged the recently purchased (brand new) battery, the vehicle will start up but when placing in reverse it shifts so hard that it sounds like the bottom is dropping out. Now a lot of lights are shining on my panel; the check engine light, the forward collision light, the parking break light, the regular brake notification, the traction control light. . . . . All shining up like christmas lights. This is an ongoing issue and I feel a recall needs to be done. My car is over the warranty time frame and for a 2021 model that was purchased brand new I should not have to be replacing a transmission already and paying out of pocket expenses.
Driving a 2021 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk on the interstate with cruise control engaged. All of a sudden the vehicle decelerates/downshifts and the display screen flashes "4wd system unavailable service required" and "4wd neutral warning". Trying to cross traffic to get to the shoulder of road and almost hit due to deceleration. Press gas pedal and nothing. Traction control light flashes on. Coast cross traffic to shoulder side of the road. Shut off Jeep. Check for loss of fluids and/or parts. Check brakes. Nothing. No smoke. No burning smell. Turn vehicle on. Vehicle automatically engages parking brake. Shift off parking brake and shift vehicle into drive and it makes a grinding noise like its trying to shift into 4wd. Snow mode pops on as well as the fwd collision light and traction control. Jeep ran just fine until this point and no prior incidents, no bad/hard shifting. Nothing.
This car completely shut off while on the highway. Computer change out. Seals on the hatch leaking water. Should be recalled -this was problem before and sold me the vehicle. Glitches in the drive- pauses or jumps speed. Now issues with radiator. It’s crap.

There is water filling up in my spare tire area and it’s damaged the epb module which has caused the brakes to lock up a few times. Also it is affecting my cruise control, lane assist, forward collision. And my 4wd module is getting wet and has set it off a few times.

Service shifter warning keeps going on. The car's transmission went out at 74,000 miles and I paid for a brand new oem transmission. 20,000 miles later on the new transmission, it has service shifetr red lights on like other 2014 & 015 Jeep but mine doesn't show as part of that recall.
In multiple occasions the vehicle engaged automatic breaks while driving without any obstacles around. Some of those were accompanied by a break warning in the dashboard. In all cases, the break disengaged, and it was possible to continue driving the vehicle. It was lucky that there was no car close behind, as it would otherwise cause an accident. The vehicle was taken to an auto repair shop. They were able to replicate the behavior but were not able to pinpoint the cause.
Nearly all of the warning lights came on suddenly at the same time. Service parking brake, service transmission, service antilock braking system, service forward collision system and more. The vehicle then starts to have trouble shifting and sometimes acceleration is gone completely. I had to coast over to shoulder on the freeway multiple times. Turning the vehicle off and restarting seems to help somewhat and allowed me to get the vehicle home. Sometimes acceleration is jumpy (slowing down then speeding up again). I have had the vehicle serviced 3 times for this issue. First time they stated it was fixed with a software update. Second time they replaced a sensor inside the transmission, and the third time they replaced the ptu. All of these repairs and the $1,000+ I have paid for the repairs have done nothing to address the issue.

Bought used for my daughter in Jan 2023. Car had 30,290miles. The parking brake has been coming on while she’s driving. She is also getting a forward collision service message, as well as lane assist service message. It’s gonna cost us $1k to repair. I hope this takes care of the problem. I don’t like my daughter driving a fairly new car with so many issues. The parking brake issue is very discomforting. Also the stop/start function is not working. The mechanic says a new battery will resolve this issue.
No previous issues with the vehicle until this incident. That morning on my way to work my check engine light came on. I called my husband and he said he would check it out that evening. Got to work fine. When I went to go home from work my car was acting strange. The ac or blower and the radio wouldn’t come on at all until after about 15 minutes of driving. About 5 minutes later my brakes wouldn’t work at all trying to stop at a light and I ended up crashing into a car that was completely stopped while going about 35mph. My front collision detection didn’t go off until I was about an inch away from the vehicle and the automatic emergency brake didn’t engage either and normally if a car is turning slowly 30 ft ahead it will slam on the brakes. Nothing worked and I am terrified to continue driving this vehicle.
This vehicle shows all recalls have been completed. However, every time it rains, the hatch compartment fills with water. 10/30/2022, my electronic parking brake light came on and the vehicle was stuck in park. Once we got the car home, I opened the hatch and removed the spare tire; there was standing water in the area from rain. This morning I was leaving for work an d the following lights came on; 1) service 4wd 2) service electronic parking brake 3) service airbags 4) service front collision system 5) service auto start stop 6) adaptive cruise control not available 7) cruise/ fcw unab=vailable- service required this vehicle has been a complete nightmare. I did record the event as we used a shop vac to remove the water. The service 4 wd light comes on and goes off randomly daily; the ptu was "flashed" but the problem continued. I have contacted the dealership only to be told all recalls are complete and I must pay for the additional repairs. I have contacted Jeep and have had zero resolutions.
Vehicle does not warn or apply brakes when it should, I can easily overtake a vehicle in the same lane and drive right up to the rear bumper of the car ahead and will get zero warning.
