Warnings Problems of Jeep Cherokee

My 2021 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk is currently immobile due to an active safety recall involving vehicle movement/park functionality concerns, and loss of power. Prior to the recall being issued, one certified Jeep dealership inspected the vehicle regarding the concern - with no resolution. Since the recall has now been formally issued, I have attempted to contact both that dealership and the certified Jeep dealership where the vehicle was originally purchased by phone and email to obtain recall assistance, repair guidance, and information regarding transportation options. Neither dealership has responded to my calls or email communication. The vehicle is currently unusable and poses a safetly concern due to the recall condition. I reply on this vehicle for daily commuting and transportation. Stellantis customer care was contacted, but a customer care case was not opened. At this time, I have been unable to obtain assistance, repair scheduling information, or guidance regarding the safe operation or transportation accomodations while the vehicle remains affected by the recall.

Lost power on thruway in 2017 Jeep Cherokee, light came on reading"service electronic stability control ", followed by check engine light. Car is not drivable, been sitting at dealership for almost 3weeks now, currently no remedy for safety recall, and no timeline. I have no vehicle at moment, work fulltime, and am still making payments. Was told I can't have loaner car, both by dealership, and mopar, and am left in disbelief. Vehicle was already inspected by Jeep dealership, said their certain its related to recall. My life is upside down currently, am hopeless.

The old battery died and auto zone installed a new one. The aaa tech that jumped me told me that the computer would be weird?? a safety hazard is when I put in reverse the back camera doesn’t go on?? so if I don’t look or don’t hear anything then there could be an accident?? also the tire pressure on the console doesn’t work?? if I had a flat while driving it would not tell me how low my psi is on the tire?? I could have an accident?? also the acceleration I think is slower due to the computer error that tells me to service shifter?? I just had a new battery installed and should not have these issues due to Jeep having programming issues after a new battery is installed?? I never had this problem on any car I had after a battery installation???.

I parked my car and went into the store came back out tried to start my car and the message service transmission restart in park with vehicle at zero speed appeared on the dashboard and my car wouldn’t start.

There is water filling up in my spare tire area and it’s damaged the epb module which has caused the brakes to lock up a few times. Also it is affecting my cruise control, lane assist, forward collision. And my 4wd module is getting wet and has set it off a few times.

The infotainment screen flashes a warning on red screen "911 car phone malfunction contact dealer". It has done this intermitently for the past couple of weeks. A few times I've started the vehicle and the screen is black, no back up camera, no a/c, no back up warning tone (I back up the vehicle from parking spot using the mirrors and the screen comes on a few minutes after vehicle is moving). I am concerned because I don't know what else isn't working and if something electrical will fail while driving. A couple of weeks ago I made an appt with the local Jeep dealer and today was told I need a new radio at the cost of at least $1250 (the dealer has ordered a new radio could take a couple days to a few weeks he wasn't sure). When researching this problem online I saw numerous compaints similar to mine but I don't know if anyone has reported the issue to the NHTSA because the dealer states its a bad "radio" . . . But if the 'radio' controls the backup camera, the climate controls and other functions on the screen it seems like more than just a radio problem to me. The vehicle has 55,000 miles so the screen hasn't been used excessively like a vehicle used for long distance daily commutes.

The check engine light came on , then my parking brake light, crash parking light, and stop and stop light on my dash. It wouldn't start at first but tried three time and it did. I drove home with the vehicle, and it wasn't shifting properly. I had it towed to the dealership and was told it was electrical after they tested it. Three days later I was told it was the transmission. Now I'm being told it is the mounts as well.

My Jeep Cherokee have a 4wd warning indication services need. It automatically shifts my power train to snow. Also when in park. The vehicle starts to go to neutral. Please recall this. My car is 2015 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk. I’ve never had an accident and this is either a system glitch or engine issue that can cause damage and injury.

My 2017 Jeep Cherokee started flashing the light service 4wd the vehicles has always been maintained and this just started about 6 monrhs ago this Jeep has had recalls in the past. But now as of today these warnings began after getting back into my Jeep. To complete neutral shift put trans in neutral. Than 4wd neutral warning vehicle may move even in park and I feel this is putting my life and others in danger.

My car kept going on neutral last year all of a sudden while driving and we did not know why. We took it to the dealership and they told us everything looks fine. Today I saw there was a service transmission error showing and when I did further research I saw that many other 2014 Jeep’s had this same issue.

I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in February 2021. I've had issues with the vehicle not starting about 2 months after I bought it. Recently I have had to jump start my car to get it started. On the highway this evening all these warning lights were popping up, and my vehicle just shut off, everything. Thankfully I was able to get into the breakdown lane. After a while, I was able to start my vehicle and check the vehicle information. My battery voltage was at 17. 1. I safely got my vehicle home. I let the car sit. Then tested the voltage on the battery and it was normal. The alternator was good as well. However, the minute I start my car, the batter voltage is in the red again. My 5 year old daughter was in the vehicle, I was driving on interstate 84 in connecticut. We could have been injured or killed if I did not get to the side of the road.

My sensors only work sometimes, my key fob only works when it wants. It's starting to have issues. My Jeep stopped working on the highway all of a sudden.

All the engine oil leaked out of the car and started to smoke while I was in motion and the engine light came on but was perfectly fine at first. I do not know what had happened but my engine is now messing up and I almost got in a car accident.

Service shifter lights came on when I put it in reverse from park position.
