The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that when she depressed the brakes, the vehicle began to shake. She stated that this has only happened once when attempting to decelerate. The contact received safety recall notice # 06v403000 (electrical system:ignition:switch). The engine size was unavailable. The current and failure mileages were 1,300.

Jeep customer has several concerns about mirrors * the consumer was unable to see out of the rear view mirror, because the rear head rest obstructed her view. The consumer stated the vehicle was side swiped because she was unable to see out of the rear view mirror. The consumer had a previous problem with the abs control module.
