Tl the contact owns a 2019 Jeep Compass. While driving 45 mph, the vehicle began to hesitate. The contact had to depress the brake pedal to the floorboard to stop the vehicle. The contact stated that the emergency brake button failed to function. The contact stated that multiple unknown warning indicators were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to posner park Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram fiat (located at 42650 us-27, davenport, FL 33837, (863) 438-3333) multiple times, but the failure could not be duplicated. The dealer replaced the emergency brake, but the failure continued. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 431.
Leased a brand new car on 3/23/19. The same day the car made weird noises, informed dealership brought it back 2 days later and I was informed after not having the car for almost 3 weeks that the entire brake system ended up being replaced. Went on 5/6 to pick up car after it was repaired and broke down again, and car broke down in the parking lot of dealership.
