The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to another dealer for a second opinion, and the contact was informed that the vehicle was operating like other similar vehicles. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle was operating as designed. The contact stated that the failure persisted while reversing, and the rearview camera image was not bright enough while reversing at night. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A case was filed with the manufacturer, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 5,300.
Service four-wheel-drive light keeps on coming off and on on the dash and drive mode unavailable keeps on flashing on the dash no idea why have taken it to the dealership. They cannot figure it out. I’ve asked them to submit a ticket to corporate. They still can’t figure it out. The codes are stored in the system, but they can’t seem to get the codes to go active when they drive it.
