One problem related to air brake drum has been reported for the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle rotors are warping for the second time since I've purchased the vehicle new. It currently has 74,000 miles on it. This is the first of 9 vehicles I've owned and driven that this has ever occurred on. At speeds around 35-40 mph when the brakes are applied moderately the vehicle shakes and shimmies and it feels like the brakes are not going to be able to stop the vehicle.
