Consumer states the roof rack is not usable, due to the tie-down holes are not drilled all the way through the side rails, and the spread between the crossbars being reduced by approximately 22 inches, consumer was informed by manufacturer that this function is the vehicles design and not a defect and manufacturer has denied consumers request for any assistance.
