He stated that the top connector of the power steering hose had failed and all the fluid leaked out. The current and failure mileages were 60,000.
Power steering hose developed a leak due to poor design which caused loss of assist ,vehicle was taken to dealership for repairs where the power steering pump and pressure hose were replaced. Dealer would not cover any of the cost.
