I have concerns about my airbag light, I have taken my vehicle to litha dealership for recalls, based on recall notice's. What concerns me is my airbag light keeps coming on. I go to the dealership and they say that they don't have any parts for this recall, they reset the computer for the airbag light and the light stays off for a short time then I take it back and they do the same procedure. I think the dealer ship placed a jumper wire so the light goes off. (light's back on. ) I'm still driving with the airbag light back on, very distracting.

We received an air bag recall from you over a year ago (below date is a guess on when service was performed) regarding a recall on the air bags. We had a Dodge/Jeep dealer in indianola iowa check for recall. That week after we had vehicle back from this dealer, our air bag light came on. I called the dealer and they told me that it was nothing they did, was very rude to us and said they couldn't fix it unless we paid for repairs. The air bag light was not on before we took vehicle to dealer, but after they did whatever to vehicle this is when the light came on. Within this last year I have contacted this dealer and talked with the service manager which he was very rude and I have left messages with the dealer for another manager or owner of the business to call me, and I still continue to wait for a response from them. Is there anything I can do or you to have this recall checked to make sure repairs were done?, and done correctly?, as with the light on after repairs were made, makes me concerned for the safety of everyone.
