Had a car accident few days ago and the air bags did not deployed at either side. Also, the steering column is stack in lower level, the mechanic said it is broken inside, needed to be replaced.
There was a pop/creak/clunk in the steering wheel when turning the wheel left in the drive position. Brought the vehicle to dealer & was told that it was "unsafe to drive" because a piece of the steering column had to be replaced. Dealer had to order the part & car had to stay overnight. Car is less than 1 year old with 4,000 miles on it.
