1 Turn Signal problem

Failure Date: 09/25/2015

Right front headlamp melted internally due to overheating damaging the wiring and the headlamp assembly, and now the turn signal does not work. Taken to the dealership and they told us that in order to fix it, the headlamp assembly need to be replaced . They estimated it in $1200 and told me that the warranty wont cover it. The car just have 16749 miles.
