Automatic Emergency Braking problems of the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The Jeep uconnect system control screen has delaminated form normal use which is a well documented issue on thousands of Jeeps from online research. The delamination now has the vehicle pushing buttons on the screen by itself and changing safety parameters while driving. I have a video showing that while I am driving and not pushing any buttons the screen is frantically changing steering parameters, braking parameters, collision avoidance, lane departure, blind spot, etc. I have a video of the incident and screen doing this by itself. The worse thing that has happened is I started my car with my grandbaby in her carseat, I hopped out to lock my house door and the car went into reverse and ran into barbwire fence, this has happened twice. A total of 3 times my car has slammed on the bracks while backing out of the drive way barley moving it almost gave me whiplash. My radio jumps around channels, I have reported in the past but has gotten worse and started turning on the heater on high and I cant stop it.

The unconnect stop working and the radio went black.

Car radio gets stuck on screen that says "do you want to adjust the clock" . You cannot get into any of the apps that change the braking system or change the heat settings (like defrost) it just jumps back to do you want to adjust the clock. Sometimes the screen just goes off completely. Looks like the screen is delaminating. You can see the bubble underneath.

Driving about 45mph down the road and car in front of me suddenly stops. I immediately hit the brakes and had plenty of space to stop but truck wouldn't stop and brake pedal went all the way down to floor and I rear ended the car in front of me. It wasn't snowing, raining nor was the road wet but it was a cold day. Not sure why it didn't stop looking back on it felt like if there was air bubbles in the brake line which caused a delay in stopping, also remember feeling antilock brakes engaging and automatic emergency stop not braking for me when I was close to other vehicle.

After starting my car I went in my house to get something. My car slipped into reverse and rolled down my lawn across a busy street and hit a tree. The emergency braking system did not engage. I was able to drive the car back to where it was parked. I then tested to see if I could have accidentally put the car in reverse when I got out it. It began to roll in reverse and I wasn't touching the gas. I could not have gotten of the car if were in reverse because it would have been rolling. Apparently when the car is in a parked position it can slip into reverse.

The radio, gps, back up camera, front brake warning, heat, air conditioning seat warmer continue to cycle through while driver. All systems light up and set off driver warnings. Compass and map shift and change direction. Constant beeping and alerts. Causing driver distractions and almost crashed and rear-ended on several occasions.
