The contact also stated that the front passenger and driver side seat warmer would inadvertently engage. The vehicle was taken bluebonnet Jeep (283 ih 35 east, new braunfels, TX 78130) where the failure was diagnosed as the u-connect system needs replacement. The vehicle was not repaired as the warranty was expired. The manufacturer was notified of failure and confirmed as the warranty was expired, the contact would be responsible for all repairs.
