Electrical Infotainment problems of the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 55 mph, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended. The contact drove the vehicle to the shoulder of the roadway and turned off and restarted the vehicle and the computer was reset. The vehicle was driven to the destination. In addition, the radio screen displayed a black screen. The contact stated that the radio had been replaced by the dealer three times; however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was unknown.
