I started having had brake problems with the vechicle after about 5000 miles. The dealer corrected the problem but it has returned - only more extreme. I was recently driving at highway speeds and attempted to stop and almost lost contol because of the front end shimmy due to rotor warpage. The front end shimmy is not as extreme at lower speeds. I contacted the dealer and was told that the warranty has expired. I have only 20,000 miles on the vechicle.

I have had to have the dealer replace/machine the front rotors every 8 - 10,000 miles since I purchased the the vehicle new. They have given me all kinds of excusses from ware and tear to driving inrain cause the rotor to warp when they are hot and hit water. I think it the caliper that are problem and not the pad or rotor.
