Keyfit 30 base won't stay tight, it slowly becomes loose and the lock looks sprung. When I compare the two locks there is a clear difference between the two sides. I've taken pictures to document the variation.

7 Child Seat problem of the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee

My problem is actually with my car seat - evenflo has not responded to 3 e-mails asking for assistance: my 6 month old son pushes the (3 point) harness on his car seat down, enabling him to lean forward and touch the seat of the car. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get help from evenflo, but to no avail. I am willing to purchase their 5 point, which I feel is safer, but they do not return my calls/e-mail. I feel that they should at the very least, provide me with the new harness, if not a refund all together. This unit was already recalled once, and I did not receive notification - I found out from a stranger in a tou store. Needless to say, I am not pleased with this company, and I'm asking for your help to make sure my infant son is safe in my car. Thank you.
