The back doors of my 2001 grand Jeep cherokee l will not open!.
The rear hatch, door and glass, will not open. It began selectively unlocking and now no components work. The only way to access it is by remote keyless entry and it no longer operates. I also cannot repair my tail lights due to it not opening.
