Two problems related to other fuel system hoses lines/piping, and fittings have been reported for the 2002 Jeep Liberty. The most recently reported issues are listed below. After having service done to the fuel tank under a recall on this vehicle, I now get error code 0544, large exhaust gas leak, . I had service done to the hoses, and two were found damaged near the tank, , I replaced teh fuel cap, and finally replaced the computer. But the light continues to come on. I have not found a satisfactory anser, but it must be related to work done by the Jeep dealer.
Have recall on orc filter circuit and the new recall about the gas tank and I can not get Jeep to do anything about it. I called the first week in July, 2013 again Aug, 2013 and keep getting run-a-round.
