The contact owns a 2005 Jeep Liberty. The contacted stated the rear passenger window regulator failed twice causing the window to become inoperable. The window regulator was replaced twice under warranty but the contact was concerned that the regulator would fail again because the dealer replaced the failure with another defective regulator. The manufacturer was contacted and advised that if the window regulator were to fail in the future, they would not assist with the repair.
