The contact stated that the vehicle was driven on the passenger side because it was used as for postal deliveries. Roanoke motor company was contacted by phone at (309) 923-7171 and an appointment was scheduled to have the vehicle repaired, which was still pending. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 195,000.
