Safety defect
1) my wife was driving in the rain and went to the mall. Just after she left the mall, the 2) dashboard lights for abs, electronic stability control, and traction control came on and stayed lit. Within a mile or so, my wife had spun across 3 lanes of interstate traffic and into the guardrail while attempting to enter interstate. 3) at this point the Jeep Liberty has been towed to a body shop. Nothing to repair failure has yet been attempted.
