1 Front Seat Belt Warning Light problem of the 2002 Jeep Liberty

While driving, when the brakes are applied, the vehicle will experience extended stopping distance, almost causing accident(s). The dealership cannot locate problem, and is aware that the vehicle cannot be repaired properly. Ts the problems are as followed: rattling noise, lever on passenger side broken off the side pocket of the door, skidding, difficulty stopping on dry pavement/nose diving, engine symbol appearing on the instrument panel flashing/then the vehicle would start to shake, and misfiring with forward thrusting movements, as is if it were to shut down. The braking system was found faulty due to a missing brake combination valve which cause skidding, and the way the vehicle will stop. The front driver side wheel drags.
