1 Adaptive Equipment problem

Failure Date: 05/25/2013

Tuesday, may 21, 2013 morning the Jeep started to make noise at the front of the vehicle, so on Wednesday, may 22, 2013 I took it to firestone in bridgeville for a second opinion. They advised that we have the suspension checked as well as the spring for the struts. They had advised that the car was safe to drive and passed their inspection. May 23, 2013 on my way to work and I stopped at a stop sign. Water began to flow through my rear view mirror from the sunroof. At that time I hadn?t touched the sunroof since the date of purchase. Per Jeep forums this is a constant hassle with the car. I was not given a choice in what I could have for a vehicle from the dealership due to credit issues. I had requested on 05/24/2013, a review of the warranty on the vehicle. I had the car less than a week and had to already take it back to the dealership. I took it to the dealership they had advised the noise I was hearing was a ?control arm clip that unlatched?; they verbally said that they took care of it. However from the point on I still could hear it. I would call john sobocinski and he would say that ?the car was still drivable?. I didn?t receive anything in writing from them. I check Jeep for any recalls, but found nothing on my VIN. So I decided to forget about it until this past may when my car was first inspected by kenny ross south. It passed emissions however they couldn?t pass it completely. I had it recently serviced and the rotors control arms ball joints and struts need done. It's unreal, the car is a 2009.
