One problem related to other fuel system hoses lines/piping, and fittings has been reported for the 2012 Jeep Patriot. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On Dec 2 2021 wile driving the vehicle shut off my saftey and the saftey of others were put at risk as I was almost rear ended by a truck serviced at a repair shop they replaced the evap system and the charcol filter but were unsure of the reason why it shut off and would not restart vehicle had a quater tank of gas at the time and would not restart the next day I added more fuel and it started but it had two warning lights present.
