The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Patriot. The contact stated that the air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehcile was taken to extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram (2300 seymour rd, jackson, mi 49201, (517) 783-6200) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the air bag was disabled and that the passenger headrest air bag needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 58,000.
