Brake Squeaking Noise Problems of Jeep Renegade

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Jeep Renegade. The contact stated that while driving 5 mph, the vehicle start to shake violently with a vibration coming from the engine. The contact coasted to the side of the road and powered off the engine. The vehicle was restarted but the failure recurred. No warning indicator lights illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to antwerpen Chrysler Jeep dealer, (6440 baltimore national pike, baltimore, MD 21228, (410) 788-2973) but was not diagnosed or repaired due to the diagnostic and repair fees. The contact lifted the hood of the vehicle for the technician to see the failure and was informed the motor mount failed and needed to be replaced. In addition, the contact stated that there was a delay in stopping the vehicle when depressing the brake pedal with a squeaking noise. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the brakes and router needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 49,000. Aw.

I bought this car in April 2018 with 15,000, about a month after driving it started making squeaking noises when I braked, when I brought it in they told me it was fine and that it was possibly a rock. It didn't stop, so I brought it to another dealer who couldn't find the issue, then I brought it back to the dealer I bought it from to get a tire key and they replaced the brakes for free only it didn't fix the problem. When I brake it sounds like metal is crushing together, it is the worst sound and it is extremely unsafe,so I brought it in again, and when I brought it in this last time I made a service tech get in the car with me and he agreed that was not right and then the next day he calls me and says nothing is wrong everything looks perfect. They then tell me they test drove the other Renegades in the lot and they all make the same sound when you brake, clearly something is wrong with the vehicle.
