Brake Disc Rotor problems of the 1999 Jeep Wrangler

Three problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1999 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Brake Disc Rotor problem

Failure Date: 02/01/2001

Rotors are warped and corroded. Mechanic said also cracked. When applying brake vehicle shakes and steering wheel vibrates. Braking distance is not what it should be.

2 Brake Disc Rotor problem

Front brake rotors had experienced thumping when pedal was depressed due to rotors developing rust. Front brake rotors needed to be turned with low mileage accumulation.

3 Brake Disc Rotor problem

At 28 thousand miles rotors were under safty standards. Consumer had rotors changed. Please provide further informaton.
