Two problems related to windshield have been reported for the 1999 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Car was parked in garage when window glass exploded. Glass was inbedded into concrete wall. Nothing struck or damaged the window. I was in the process of lowering it, (it is on hydraulic suspension so can not be slammed.
Through research it was brought to my attention that a bad paint job can cause the windshield to fall out of its frame. Chrysler recently painted my car under warranty but did a horrible job. . Read more...
